Founded in 2014 Hollering Woman Press is a BANTAM Publisher, Editorial Service, and Web-Zine dedicated to promoting and giving voice to literary fiction , creative non-fiction, poetry, and the arts. HWP has offices located in both Fredericksburg, TX and Las Cruces, NM.

HWP-EDITORIAL SERVICES offer an author the opportunity to work with editors who are  working writers. We are hands on, supportive, and know the goal of all writers, whether it is the traditional or Indie journey, is publication. Let’s collaborate and get your work ready! MEET OUR TEAM!              Publisher/Editor, Lu Lynne Streeter is an award-winning author, poet, and journalist. Her articles, poetry, and short stories have appeared in major publications all over the United States. Her newest book  The Valley of Peace, a short story collection set in New Mexico, is due for publication in the summer of 2021. Her book Frozen Lives, a biography of Andrew Wyeth’s iconic models, Karl and Anna Kuerner, is available at Schiffer Publishing Co. http://www.schifferbooks.com. Streeter has a lifelong devotion to the arts and her diverse background  is reflected in HWP’s unique voice. Streeter is a member of Writers League of Texas, Poetry Society of Texas, SouthWest Writers, Gulf Coast Poets, Galveston Roundtable, New Mexico State Poetry Society, Bay Area Writers League and AROHO.

HWP is proud to feature the photography of Elizabeth Keese. Elizabeth is our Creative Director/Development Editor. She holds degrees in English Literature, Journalism and Creative Writing . Elizabeth (Betsy) combines her editorial expertise with her passion for visual and performing arts specializing in creative non-fiction. She is honored to be a member of WIVLA (Women In The Visual and Literary Arts) , Poetry Society of Texas , Texas Photographic Society,  Writers League of Texas, and Women and Their Work.

 HWP is excited to have artist and graphic designer/illustrator Katelynne Sherrell on the team. She holds a BFA from New Mexico State University and brings more than a decade of experience in art, graphic design, and book covers. Sherrell is an accomplished textile artisan with her latest original design appearing in Knit Now 2017/18 http://www.knitnowmag.co.uk. Ms Sherrell is continuing to work on her Master Knitters Certification. She is also the creator of the Hollering Woman Press logo, Writers Write Workshop materials and the cover/design for Johnny B Good, published by HWP August 2020! 2020 Student Intern

Suzanna B. is currently a  junior at Fredericksburg High School. She is experienced  in editing, literary criticism, and speech. She has performed in both Literary Criticism and Prose Interpretation, for the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS). She has served as copy editor for the school newsletter, editing over 30 different articles every month and dealing with the pressures of deadlines. Suzanna is currently a staff writer for the Campus Comet! In her free time she is a pianist at her church, a member of the drill team, writes stories, and works on the family ranch. She plans to become a journalist, editor, or a teacher, teaching in different countries. Suzanna’s goal, while working with HWP, is to learn more editing techniques, communication skills, and how to revolutionize the art of the English language through technology and social media.
